Various financial aid and resources are available to assist students pursue their educational and spiritual goals at WBC/CBS. Below you will find information about federal, state, and institutional sources of scholarships, grants, and aid. Requirements and deadlines will vary.
I. Federal & State Aid
Student Aid on the Web: The U.S. government offers some information on preparing for college, applying for financial aid, and federal student aid programs. For more information, please visit their website at http://StudentAid.ed.gov.
Maryland State Awards: Maryland state, through the Maryland Higher Education Commission, offers various grants to Maryland residents. Deadlines vary but a FAFSA is usually required. For more information, visit their website at www.mhec.state.md.us. If you were granted an award from MHEC, please go to MD CAPS to accept your award by June 1.
DC Residents Awards: DC residents are eligible for various DC grants. For more information, visit their website at http://EducationCenter.dc.gov/ec/.
II. Instituitional Scholarships & Discounts
WBC/CBS Scholarships: WBC/CBS offers a number of scholarships to new and returning students. Below is a list of the scholarships being offered. New students will be considered based on their admissions application. Returning students will need to reapply every Spring for the following academic year.

Endowed Scholarship: WBC/CBS has available various endowed scholarships ranging from $500 - $2,000, each with varying criteria to determine eligibility. All WBC/CBS returning students interested in being considered for a Fall 2012 & Spring 2013 award should complete the application, the required essay and submit to the Financial Aid Office no later than 5pm Thursday, May 10th.

Project Bridges Discount Application: If you attend a church that is an active member of Project Bridges, download the form to apply for the Project Bridges discount. For more information, please visit their website at www.ProjectBridges.org.

Promise Fund Scholarship: The Promise Fund is a matching scholarship program where a church can partner with a WBC/CBS student by contributing to the scholarship fund. For more information, download and review the form below.

Ministry Support Grant: If you are a full-time WBC/CBS students with a passion to live, learn, lead by the Book, pickup & submit the MSG form to be considered for the Ministry Support Grant. The amount of the award is based on the total number of credits taken during a given semester. Applications are available in the Financial Aid Office a month prior to the start of the semester. Deadline to apply is usually two weeks from the start of the semester.
WBC Full-Time Christian Worker Discount Application: Do you work full-time in a paid position for a Christian organization? Download the form below to view the application and determine whether you are eligible for WBC's Full-Time Christian Worker Discount.

WBC/CBS Student Spouse Discount Application: If you and your spouse attend WBC/CBS, download the form below to apply for the Student Spouse Discount.
WBC/CBS Family Discount Application: If you and your sibling, parent, or child attend WBC/CBS, download this form to apply for the Family Discount. Siblings must be dependent on the same parent.

Host Church Discount Application: If you are a member, regular attendee, missionary, or staff member of an approved church with an existing partnership with WBC/CBS download the form below to apply for the Host Church Discount.
Special Tuition Price Application: If you are a member in a qualifying program with an existing partnership with WBC/CBS, download the form below to apply for the Special Tuition Price. Examples of programs are the Military Price for students currently serving in any branch of the military and the Dual Enrollment Price for high school junior and seniors taking classes at WBC.
