If you would like to request a book voucher, please email the Financial Aid Office at least three weeks prior to the start of the semester and/or the date of your financial aid disbursement.
Students with excess of financial aid can also purchase their books out-of-pocket from a vendor of their choice and wait for their refund check to reimburse them at a later time. Ultimately, it is the student's responsibility to acquire the books & materials needed in a timely manner to ensure their academic success.
IV. MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN:
WBC/CBS also offers affordable payment plans to help meet tuition expenses. A monthly payment plan enables you to break your educational costs into monthly payments rather than pay for the entire semester in one lump sum. The monthly payment plan is interest free but an small enrollment fee is required to participate. Please go to our Payment Plan webpage for more information.
V. REFUNDS:
Financial Aid allows for loan funds to be used towards living expenses. Loan funds will disburse into the student's WBC/CBS Account and pay off their existing balance. Funds left in excess will be forwarded to the student as a refund for living expenses. It typically takes 2-4 weeks for a refund check to be made available after a refund has been calculated. To check on the status of a refund check, please email the Student Account's Office.
