LNG 200 Introduction to Biblical Languages (3) Fall
Prerequisite: ENG 121
A course designed to fulfill the foreign language requirement in the general education portion of the bachelor’s degree. The course provides an introduction to both Greek and Hebrew. Students will learn the alphabets of both languages, important vocabulary, grammar is it relates to understanding the text and the use of major tools for original language study. Students will also learn the proper use of an interlinear text and how using it can allow them to gain some access into the meaning of the biblical languages.
