Prerequisite: ENG 121
A study of basic vocabulary, grammatical forms, and the syntax of Koine Greek. Emphasis is placed on the mastery of vocabulary and basic noun and verb forms.

GRK 312 Greek Grammar II (3) Spring
Prerequisite: GRK 311
A continuation of Greek Grammar I with emphasis placed on more intricate verb forms and moods and an application of basic grammatical structures and principles of syntax.

GRK 421 Greek Exegesis I (3) Fall
Prerequisite: GRK 312
A study of advanced grammar and the principles of exegesis along with practice in translation from the Gospels and the Epistles.

GRK 422 Greek Exegesis II (3) Spring
Prerequisite: GRK 421
Extensive practice in exegesis and translation of selected New Testament passages.
